Consulting

We are part of your team. You bring us in to build and execute a strategy specific to your business. Everything from CRM implementation to SOP creation and ongoing data analysis or creative consulting falls into this category. Minimum engagement is 3 months. All consulting comes with unlimited calls and video conferences. We can act as your interim sales operations team. 

Training

We offer Excel and PowerPoint training for sales teams to learn about the practical application of Excel and MS Office. The number one skill people embellish on the most are their Excel skills. The problem with most Excel trainings is they are not showing real world application for the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. It is all generic and largely unhelpful. We show your sales team how to transform distributor and syndicated data for maximum storytelling and buyer presentations. We offer group and 1:1 training calls.
